Hrm, blogger gobbled my previous post.. bad blogger. (or bad me .. who knows?)Found a new iconset, crystal for psi, based on Crystal SVG Iconset by Everaldo Coelho. Pretty cool.
Subsequent tweaking led me down the path of fontiness... to decide OpenSymbol is a pretty good screen font for psi. 'OCR A Extended' is a pretty legible font, but the punctuation is screwy. Font research took me to "Great Truetype Fonts" which needs further perusal. Also noteworthy is Usability News: So, What Size and Type of Font Should I Use on My Website?.
Might as well include a reference to the "Creating Icons" tutorial over on gimp.org.
